I just had a look at the draw for the lower grade games next weekend and I've gotta say I'm extremely annoyed at how things are planned
on the website the weekends fixtures are listed as
Saturday
9.30am Matts v Penrith - Leichhardt
10.45am Ball V Penrith - Leichhardt
12.15am Flegg v Eagles - Leichhardt
Saunday
1.10am PL v Eagles - Leichhardt
3.00am Firsts v Eagles - Leichhardt
now aside from the annoyance at only getting two games of footy for my first grade ticket rather than the usual 3-4 (due to flegg playing on saturday for some reason and the hawkes having the bye...
it just makes no sense at all - even if they decide that there isn't enough time to play all the games on the one day why on earth couldn't they at least play flegg on the sunday like they normally would? Do they think noone going to the first grade game would want to watch flegg go round? and why start Matts so early on the saturday if they are going to split them into two days? Are they trying to make things as inconvieniant as possible?
I'll be out there both days but I'm not at all happy at the way things have been schedualed
