i came on here about two weeks before the start of the season saying the Colts would go all the way, and was shot down by one of u experts claiming Manning was useless (No1 for touchdown passes) and our defence was hopeless and that we were no chance of making the finals let alone the superbowl

well i'd just like to say

Manning certainly isn't useless whatsoever but the three teams standing out in the AFC are Tennessee, Indianapolis and Kansas City. The problem with the Colts in the postseason is that they simply haven't turned up to play, they just disappear but maybe this year could be different.

AFC Championship game - Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tennessee Titans.

Tony Dungy and Peyton Manning both have something to prove in the playoffs which will make them very dangerous.
With a Healthy Edgerin James and an improving defence they going to be hard to beat.
I'm still predicting a Chiefs V Colts AFC championship

Manning will win the NFL MVP bar none, I can honestly say that with alot of bloody confidence**not below**. Butttt. Wether the Colts do anything post season is to be determined.

**If Manning is to win the MVP, he`s still got demons to conquer in the playoffs to prove that he can succeed at the HIGHEST level. PLAYOFF TIME. I hope and think he can do it.

Manning wont be MVP, he has had a great season but he has been bettered by several players (I wont list them here again coz they are in the MVP thread)

im not sure where this idea of the titans bein so good is comin from. they are still second in there division behind the colts who dont look like losing anytime soon. they have a pretty easy draw untill the playoffs so the real test if they are the team everyone on here says they are is when they play the colts.

That`s one of the MANY reasons MANNING will poll more votes than McNair will SHAGMOP ;), trust me. Titans are nothing special. Colts are much better. NO WAIT, ALOT BETTER!!!! sheesh. NO REALLY........

Yeh well thats YOUR opinion travolta ;-)

Manning has been unbelievable this year, dont get me wrong, but McNair has done better. Having said that, im leaning more towards Ahman Green now because he has been truely unbelievable this year.

Titans nothing special ? Nooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!! So not true. The best QB in the game is there, a hell of a defensive team eg Kearse, Bulluck, Rolle, Schulters etc. Very good receivers eg Mason, McCareins, Calico and Bennett and throw TE Wycheck in there too. One other thing - Jeff Fisher ( The Man ! ).
Manning has a habit of being intercepted often too which is something McNair doesn't do.

You are kidding yourself, you are trying to say the Titans are good and you left out possibly their best player this season, Jamal Lewis. And McCareins, Calico and Bennett are far from 'Very Good' recivers, they are passable at best. Mason has had a respectable year though. And dont get me started on that over the hill hack they like to call Frank Wycheck.

Steve McNair has been brilliant though as I was saying earlier and he has done it without a superstar #1 receiver (an advantage that manning has courtesy of Marvin Harrison, we saw how well manning went when Marv got injured last week, he struggles without marvellous)

well a good QB cant do anything unless he has someone good to throw to. you could be the best QB in the NFL but unless you have someone who can catch the ball then you wont get a very substantial QB rating.
