Are Archie and Muscat due back anytime soon? I can't see Melbourne lasting long without them.

Muscat back for Thursday.

Archie still unlikely, so they'll have Nick 'offside' Mrdja upfront again keeping in mind Kruse has a broken leg.

With Corica out for Sydney, I think Muscat could be a game-breaker.

Karol Kisel dominated when moved into a more central role in the absence of Corica.

If Muscat tries to blunt Kisel, it may open up more space for Brosque who was fairly quiet on the weekend.

Kisel was good, but it's not like Melbourne weren't in it. Muscat gives them some solidarity in the middle, and he'll hopefully be able to take some of the pressure of Hernandez to create. The man can pass.

Fat boy can pass but I wonder how much he'll be puffing late in the game on Thursday?

I think Melbourne in any case will win the first leg. Sydney would have been on the piss Sunday night.....I'd say Melbourne would be up for it more.

I think the victory are specials tbh. Haven't seen sydney string 2 top quality games together against top notch opposition too much this year

They were pumped on sun. This will be a letdown...melb by 2

the true test of how good or bad etihad's ground staff are will be if ANZ bounces back well from it's AC/DC concerts in time for the Charity Shield next week. Will be interesting.
