Halatau and Wahtuira

Today was just another example of what ordinary footballers both Halatau and Whatuira are. I still can`t come to grips with how some people are making out Whatuira is going to be a big loss for us and how some people rate Halatau, they are both reserve graders.

Halatau went OK in a badly beaten team

He always goes ok, just very rarely plays real well. Would you have him in our top 13 or top 17 and really believe we could win the premiership ???
He`s too small, not aggressive enough and too one dimensional for the forwards, i`d be tempted to give him another chance in the centres as i think it`s the only hope for him to possibly make an inpact in the NRL.

yeah cause you can really judge players on that game. andrew johns could have been the half back for the kiwis today and made to look like the worst player in the world

roy asotasi missed tackles that lead directly to the first two tries, wouldnt mind having him in the team.

halatau is average and fatz had a poor season, they sure as hell wernt alone though.

So, according to your assessment, Lima is now a dud once again too? Pedestrian today, worse than Halatau

Lima is a good bench player in a good side, he would of been of little help to us this season that`s for sure. Based on his form over the past 2 seasons, do you believe Dene Halatau can be in our top 17 and contribute in helping the Wests Tigers climb the lader in `2008 and beyond ??? Because of our lack of aggression in the forward pack overall, i think there`e only room for one lightish forward in our pack and in my opinion Liam Fulton offers a lot more than Dene Halatau ?

Halatau is NOT a hooker. Incorrectly played in a Kiwi jersey once again. Think he made his first dart out of dummy half in the final minutes of the 1st half then about 2 dummy half runs in the 2nd half. By all rights Dene should not even have been selected in that team if NZ were picking on form. But to do that, then play him out of position, i don't think anyone could expect a blinder from him.
As for Whatuira, his injury prone legs are catching up with him.

The kiwi team in genuine is a rabble.

How many times dis Pritchard and Faiumu go themselves rather than passing to Tuiaki who was one on one
