It is the same style as Leonhard on Boldin. Crown of helmet into facemask. Boldin sat the rest of the year.

McCoy wasnt at full pace like Boldin, thats the only reason he wasnt seriously hurt, though I doubt whether he should be suiting up this week, and definately should never have went back in that game.
