That makes total sense except that the craziness is the picture seems to suggest a drunk woman cannot consent. So she could be grinding on your leg and ripping your cloths off but because she is drunk you are in the lap of the gods, you are actually raping her. If thats not the meaning of the ad/picture then they have misused "hook up".

Maybe I have the wrong idea from having had it happen to someone I know...but I've certainly seen a lot of shit online that seems to indicate it was a bigger issue than I thought.

Anyway, it's nice to see a couple of cases now where women have been jailed for fake rape accusations.
