Hayne bought Parramatta a generation of fans.

I was 15 years old in 2009 and already a hard core fan.

But how many kids under the age of 12 jumped on Parramatta after 2009.

Plenty definitely have and the club should thank Jarryd for that by just giving him life membership.

He did the wrong thing & made a mistake but it shits me there is no photos of him in the leagues club as you walk up the escalators into the Sterlo's bar.

He is probably one of the biggest key figures on the field we have had since the 1980s.

It's not my hate at all. I just think Kenny had more (or just as much) talent, and sustained his talent more consistently.

For me it's comparing talent from 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 (within a 14 season Eels playing career) vs 07, 08, (half of) 09 and 14 (within a 9 season Eels playing career).

Not going to go to war over it though, and happy for other people to have different opinions than mine on who was the most talented Eel.

Did Kenny have a kicking game? Lol. No. He couldn't kick for shit.
Hayne kicked 40/20's. He could kick massive spiral bombs. He could kick and chase chips over the top. For others and himself.
I said before, Kenny was top 3 in my lifetime no doubt.
But Hayne has been the best Eel I have ever seen and despite his life f**k ups, my opinion will never change on that. Why should it? He did stuff time after time that I never thought possible.
The only other player that ever did that was Eric Grothe Snr - my 2nd ever most favourite player.
Kenny comes in at No 3.
