Heat Are The Champions

Man Cuban got fined something like 250,000 dollars from what I heard and Dirk Nowitzki got fined $7,000.

Sucks to be them, not only did they lose from 2-0 up but they both copped fines. Hahaha!

Anyway I'm not a big heat fan but I was cheering for the Heat to win so I'm very happy. Especially for Gary Payton and Alonzo Mourning who finally got to win a title before their careers ended. Also I am happy for Shandon Anderson to finally win a title after us Utah boys unfortunately failed against the almighty Jordan. And gotta be happy for Dwade winning his first championship of what could very well be many if he continues to improve they way he has over the past few years.

With the depth the heat had this year it would've been a travesty if they didn't win, that team was like the chelsea of the NBA

Give em credit. they did 4 in a row in an NBA Final mind you.

To think that a couple of years ago they were predicting LeBron or Carmelo to get a championship well before Wade.

Well done Miami, interesting series and Shaq's ever expanding head reaches exponential proportions.

In the 20 seconds it took me to type that sentence, Dwyane Wade was fouled 19 times.

Anyone hear all the comments comparing D Wade to one MJ.

No comparrison. Jordan played D and is up there with the best of all time in that area...let alone with regards to his general play.
When Wade can get about 4 rings then they can start to compare...let alone being the star of his team...at present Jordan laps him by 10 lengths.

Pippen was there from 1987-8 to 1997-8
Rodman was there from 1995-6 to 1997-8

Sure they were key players, but make no question who the star of that team was.

You are too smart for me ;-)

Seriously though, i hate all these comparissons to MJ from USA "experts" on ESPN etc.

Richard Dumas
Harold Miner
Jerry Stackhouse
Vince Carter

They have all been compared and all failed. Sure, Wade is very impressive, but he aint no MJ. The closet, and i use that term very loosely, to MJ is Kobe Bryant...not Wade.

During the final series thats all you heard on Sportscenter. D Wade this like MJ that.

Let me guess, next year when L James leads the Cavs far it will be L james like MJ or Anthony like MJ.

MJ would be rolling in his $$$ filled bed.
