I was waiting for someone to post this, I picked up a copy at the club a few weeks ago but alas, no scanner.

I reckon this sucks. There is something pathetically endearing about the particle board that acts as the back of the ground at the moment. You know. TOYOTA! SHARKS! SHARKS LOGO! In bold, bright colours.

This Scandinavian Metro station look they got going here will look outdated in two years.

I would rather they pour the money into the areas that matter - such as facilities and amenities inside the ground, rather than waste money on a part that we walk past to gain entry.

Good thinking again by the board to maximise the fiscal injection where it is really warranted.

the picture doesn't show much at all, as JC says, I'd like to see what the stand provides by way of seating, facilities etc before commenting.

The latest shark attack mag says it will provide undercover seating for 1,425, a pre game function area, toilets, bar, food preparation as well as ticket sales area. Two entrances either side of the stand will be upgraded to form plazas with landscaping and signage.

Speaking for the youngsters and not so young (not me.... :sarcasm that play touch behind the southern goal posts...... We have been advised as to what will be happening and we will apparently be losing our touch footy field indefinately once the construction starts.

Not happy, but hey it is for the good of the club and the team.
