Probably similar mail to what I have heard.

3 Months and Flanno is gone. Kyle more than likely to follow Dad.

Redundancies are already being offered to certain staff by your's truly.

Financially we are stuffed and we will be owned by the NRL within 12 months.

Lyall Gorman under the microscope and will be lucky to be involved in sports administration ever again.

I have also heard some senior players and Flanno don't look eye to eye.

If that is the case i reckon Flanno's land at Eels or Raiders

If NRL own us, its all over they will move us, they wont let that opportunity slip

Seems a bit dire. How much truth in it?

DEVELOPMENT MONEY????? Hello???? f**king liars.
Gorman leaving makes perfect sense now.
He may have "left" officially but the word out there was he was asked to go.
The year after our Premiership win and somehow under his leadership we go $2.5m in debt!
I called him a snake oil salesman back in April, I still believe it so.

That was my first question when I heard this.

Apparently someone is cashing in but its not the club.

I also forgot to add the fact we have no Ground/Major sponsor but most of us knew that anyway

Surely we have to see some sort of money from this f**ken development?

If Flanagan is involved again, then he deserves to go. As long as 2016 is safe, it is what it is. Can’t say I’m surprised with this stupid club.

Right where the NRL wants us.

Who’ll be one of the first teams cut in a refined competition?

Sounds like the beginning of the end.

Always had the feeling the club would be taken for a ride with the development due to mismanagement or it not actually being the pot of gold we were all told it would be

Re the development ,always understood the first 300odd apartments built, profits went to developers.
Those stages 1 and 2 AFAIK has been completed and sold.
From what one sees driving past is stage 3 being built with about 3-4 towers. My understanding the club would get 50% share of profits after the first 300 sold. Meaning the ones currently under construction are the ones ,the clubs gets a slice of the ,monetary action.
That would mean money not rolling in til end 2019.I know a lady who has bought in to the section currently under construction.
Never thought we'd get money rolling in yet.

Now I'm a mere layman on this, so can someone confirm or otherwise the above?

If this is true ,then surely the NRL would hardly rush in with relocation with the "alleged" cluster*ck or am I too bleeding naive?

BTW the club has upgraded the bistro by having a more open plan, with new furniture, a hell of an improvement.

Why would they upgrade the bistro and rename reopen the king wan if we are going under as alleged? Why would the club announce no issues with Coach yesterday if there are massive issues with the coach?

Why would anyone, let alone Johnson, sign with the Sharks if all this alleged shit is going down?

It must be true. Can the telegraph get to the bottom of this with their highly rated investigative journalists?

I was in the bistro the day Dino walked down to that little kids space. He said the words “this is dead space, we need to fix this ASAP”

I agree.
Also another 300 plus units in the current stage pipeline ,at a min of $100,000 conservative profits share ,would mean $30m for the club.AT one stage the figure was suggested at about $40m plus to the completion west of the stadium.
Plus another 200 units over the retail section DA approved, plus rental monies for retail, surely the NRL would be conscious of this.

The problem I see ,is trying to find highly rated investigative journalists at the Telegraph.
The ones lying over bar stools and chundering in back alleys ,hardly qualify.

Many times a company will continue to waste money when its going under, they wont change, sometimes its more they dont know how to change.

Remember this club has really only had money twice in our exsistence 1997 during the Super League war, and 2015-2017 the development outside of that we have had basically nothing hanging on by a thread most times.

We are like the battler who wins lotto only for 2 years later to be worse off then before we won
