Over 20 new players made their rugby league debut as Flekkefjord Tigers were crowned inaugural Southern Cup champions after a four-team festival in Norway.
Tigers joined Farsund Bobcats - on debut, Porsgrunn Pirates and Egersund in the first tournament of its kind in the country, the Bobcats hosting in front of a partisan crowd.
In the semi final, the Bobcats went down 12-10 to the Pirates, who were then downed in the Grand Final as the Tigers clawed their way back from 8-4 behind at the break to score 24 unanswered points in an impressive display.
The tournament is set become an annual event.
