HHH injured/Taker surgery?

just been looking round and apparently HHH was injured last raw against rosey/hurricane but came back for the Jim Ross angle..although its called a "Stinger"and they are hoping to be able to do Raw..good thing its only Ross
Also,Taker has been wrestling injured with a hip and they are saying he needs hip replacement surgery which should take 3..4 ..Months
