Late 70's was great as we made the GF for the first time in 76 and won our first minor premiership in 77. The GF losses were heartbreaking but the early 80's more than made up for those losses.
To watch that majestic Eel's backline weave its magic week after week was the greatest thrill i've had in football and I don't believe we will ever see the likes of it again.
