Covell isn't the worst player going around....and he is a damn fine goal kicker (well he was last season when he had the duties) - I am shocked that Hodgy does the kicking and not Covell - altho i know hodgy is a good kicker - just that i thought covell was el masri like last season.

I think you need a couple of "bullet proof" forwards in your teams. Blokes that just do the work each week and importantly don't get injured. Stapleton is Parramatta's version of that this year, and Heckenberg was it last year. These are the blokes you say are your spares, but they end up playing most of the year while the injured brigade come and go. If you look at our props, there are a lot of injury prone players in there. Broken arms, for instance, have a bad tendency to re-break.
