Hoffman's injury

Has there been any talk of Nathan Peats being referred to the judiciary re his head contact with Hoffman when he got concussion?

To me it looked like they were face to face when standing and then Peats turned in the tackle and drove with his head into Hoffman's forehead and slamming him backwards into the turf.

Vossy made a brief mention of it at the time but then nothing else was said. I know it's hard to prove what Peats was thinking but it looked like there was possibly a bit of intent in what he was trying to do?

Usually the defenders use their head..but he conciously used his head

I thought he deliberately put his head into Hoffs head when they were falling down. I thought it was intentional
