Best game I've seen him play all year but the question you have to ask is why he played so well tonight? was he fired up to play his old club? and if so does he have an attitude problem?

Tbh I didn't see anything different from Will tonight. He's been class all year IMO.

I agree. I just think he is a quality centre. That is, it's not really up to him to determine if he is good or not on anyone one particular day. He rarely stuffs up, and often makes more metres than you'd expect, but he s not going to set up play like a half. So while sometimes the fans might think he is quiet, its really dependent on the forwards and ballplayers inside him.

Hoppa has been class all year.
And remember hs had 2 years out of the game.

I just think he is lacking a foot of speed from when he left. His footwork is great but hasnt got back to his ability to burst past the defender. That will be back next year.

You can't teach class.

He has sublime skills that alot of people dont see, amazing hands.

For a guy who was out of the game for 2 years I reckon he's coming along nicely.

Very good player. Will be better again next year. Has saved our asses many times this year with his skill in attack and defense.

He REALLY needs at least 10 kgs of solid muscle in the off season.
His best atributes are his soft hands and decisions in defence.
But he has a massive amount of work to do.

He is so slow that I can't remember one time where he broke the line himself and scooted off for around 50m+. At best he will go 10-20m and get quickly rounded up from behind. Now if that is what a $600-850 000 centre is only capable of doing then you guys have very low expectations. Sure he has great hands though.

Im with you RAM.I think tonight he was excellent but still Jamie Lyon had more impact on the game. Hoppa has nice hands. He doesn't bust the line thou and lacks speed. Of course he is a very good player. But maybe overpaid.I would try and re-sign him thou with an extension now.I think he would be more reasonabaly priced at the moment.Of course he will be better next year but do we want too lose him after that after conditioning him for 2 yrs to see another club benefit. A one or two year extension would be nice.

But the musshies deluded you cause the impostor you slept with looked like this...

Great to see after our best win in 4 years Casper and his missus (sic) can ruin 3 threads in an afternoon.
