Nutley works hard and rarely gets the wraps, he made 47 odd tackles today and 20 hitups

There is no way that Ross is currently better than him. I don't understand why he is not in the QLD team?

probably because he gives away stupid penalties at crucial times during games and he would be really overawed by origin and give away many stupid penalties. he be a great player if he had a good head on his shoulders.

Danny Nutley was the last man in the tackle today on countless ocassions. He was making no impact what so ever. All it did was make his stats go up. He also made at least 2 hit-ups which I recall he only made 1 single metre.

Conclusion is Danny Nutley = Soft

Nutley is the most ill disciplined player in the game, look Nutley works harder but you got to consider that Ben Ross is an interchange forward whilst Nutley is an 80 minute player, with Nutley its quantity rather than quality, however with Ross its quality rather than quantity, Ross is also about 7 years younger.

How can Nutley be soft? In two years after all the massive hits that have been put on him his gotten up every time. I think his played every game since he broke into the top grade in 2002.

He would be great of the bench for QLD. He really would go hunting for the Blues pack

if i was a QLD selector theres no way id look past lang. when hes played for QLD he has played his heart out. ross is an enigma, a media creation.

That's 7.8 metres per hit-up, and considering he did FOURTY SEVEN tackles, that's bloody good IMO.

I thought he had a great game.

in one extra hit up
so his hit ups have more vigour about them
plus he is alot harder to stop
and more disciplined
nutley just works harder but he works harder then any front rower

Whats wrong with those stats? They are good stats for a player coming off the bench. I rate Nutley he is a work horse but Ross deserves his spot in the QLD side, If Nutley was selected, it shouldnt be to replace Ross, maybe someone else.
