Last week the AFL gave a 4 week suspension to one of its biggest stars for basically the same thing.

Im one of Smiths biggest haters due to the Buderus rivalry, but I didnt think it was much worse than a conventional leg-pull. I've seen Anthony Quinn pull off ankle locks 10x worse without punishment.
