I had to laugh at his Mitch's qoute "We do not have a top 15, they all have different jobs for different situations" What is the point of trying to be the best player for your position when the coach turns around and states that there are no top players there are only best situations.!

Now, now, Bayrep, this is a journey we're all on. Mitch is just trying to maximise commonality in forecasting player positional streams going forward. It makes perfect sense.
