Bozza started at hooker and played ok. I think he and Galloway played the whole game sugggesting Raper thinks neither are fit enough. Kingston came on in the 2nd half and played hooker, scoring one great try from dummy half and making another good break. Most of the team played well, give or take a couple of our forwards. For mine, the improved performance came because Dallalana didn't play. Aitken played halfback and as you would expect was heavily involved. Franze mainly played 5/8 although I think Kent was there for awhile.
Best on the ground were Wessells, Galloway and Aitken. Galloway showed he never should have been dropped and should go straight back up. Aitken had his best game yet. He set up 2 of the 3 trys in the first half, the other was a great effort between Saleh, Makisi and Emelio. Aitken set up Ciraldo's try with a great flat bullet pass a few metres from the line. He then set up Bozza's try when he took the line on and slipped a ball round the corner. In the 2nd half he got himself a try when he ran onto a ball into a gaping hole and then with defenders around him decided his best option was to take on the fullback, and he just got over. After watching him today, I'm still as confident as ever that he is the golden child some of us have talked him up to be.
