Hull Gain P&O Sponsorship

Hull FC have announced that P&O Ferries are to become the clubs major sponsor for the forthcoming season.

The Powergen Challenge Cup Holder's head of marketing James Rule said: "It is A tremendous coup not only for Hull FC but for Rugby League in general to have such a prestigious brand.

A partnership of this magnitude is indictive of the developments we have achieved both on and off the field."

Erm firstly I will say Hi to the board as I am new, also if this has been posted then I apologise in advance.

It seems to me like a great deal. P&O Ferries are a very large brand name and with then giving our game more scope (which could mean advertising oversea's) its a grear asset to the game in general.

Well done Hull.

It's a good sponsor for Hull, assuming that P&O operate cruises to and from there? Opens up nicely into the european continent, and you'd think that the sponsor might do some cross-promotion there that could eventually benehefit the spread of the game.

I quite like the new Away jersey, not quite 100% about the added colour on it though, whether it's grape or a grey or a mix of the two.

I like both home and away, the home is traditional while the away is very slick and modern without being too over the top.
