I HAVE A THEORY ABOUT THE REFEREES

OK, just so everyone is clear, I'm not blaming the referees for our poor performance this season.... BUT.....
 I have a theory

When you look at the referees we've been given this season, there seems to be a trend.

Round 1 (AWAY) - Steve Lyon
Round 2 (AWAY) - Tony Archer
Round 3 (HOME) - Sean Hampstead
Round 4 (AWAY) - Tony Archer
Round 5 (HOME) - Tim Mander

It seems to me that the NRL are keeping Archer, Hayne, Lyons and Co away from Shark Park. Coincidence? Conspiracy? You tell me!!

Archer has cost us plenty of games over the years.
Lyon is simply a bloke that the Sharks players don't get along with, and Sharks fans hate.
Hayne, well, remember at Parramatta last year?!? Peach does!!!

In my opinion, the NRL know how much crap these guys would cop if they turned up at Shark Park. I know that they wouldn't be in any physical danger, but the amount of abuse they field would be enormous!!

What do you people reckon? Am I paranoid :?:

Paranoid? Perhaps not
But there are no good refs now
We'll get shit refs every week from this moment on

I just pray we never get Shayne Hayne again

There may not be many good referees now, but we seem to get the guys who are regarded as being decent when we play at home, as shown by Hampstead and Mander so far.

Both of these guys came off Channel 9 games the week before, or had a Channel 9 game the week after. So the NRL regards them as good referees.

How did we end up with Mander ? I thought he was No1 ref now.

But I also think he had an excellent game with the Rorters game last w/e, didn't let those cheats get away with much, and we won't let Cronulla get away with much either. A good test for the "new discipline".

Hayne and Sharks don't mix, home or away.

I wouldn't mind if Hayne reffed at Toyota Park, It would a good chance for me to ask "how his day had been?", and wish him a good game with my warmest regards. :x

My point exactly!!

But why?!? It's not like they were wrong or anything is it? After all, it's all about our poor disciplin apparently.

Why do we get sh!t refs away from home, who are more likely to bow to pressure of the home crowd, and experienced guys at Toyota Park so we don't get an advantage from our home crowd.

Tim mander cost us at the First semi final game against the Roosters were he missed a blatant knock on by wing.
Was it archer that allowed a try to Penrith from an offside position.
We can go on and on?????
If these are our best referees that NRL has got we are in serious trouble.

Hayne at Shark Park? That would be interesting.

I wouldn't like his chances of getting out of the joint with his throat intact...
