I have seen enough not to.........

I saw enough of last friday nights game not to be too worried about our chances come semi final time. Brad drew is the best dummy half runner in the game he has been carving teams up around the ruck all year. I would have thought that the coaching staff would have had this area as tight as a ducks ass on friday night. Obvioussly not, that is where Parra's breaks came from and subsequently their momentum. Tighten this area up and they dont make anywhere near as many breaks, and agian less momentum. Beuttner and Taylor would really struggle without the momentum of their forwards in fact I believe they would self destruct. I hope A Farrer saw the same game I did, if so I have not too many concerns that we (DRAGONS) will dp ourselves justice come semi final time. I would love to see us confront Parra again come september, when we held the ball our forwards were doing well, and for a period when we had consolidated possession their forwards struggled to make inroads, untill a break around the ruck area. I am looking forward to the semis.

Johnsy, I beleive Siants first semi is this weekend against a desperate Broncos side. Win that and you're in. Lose, and your position is very precarious indeed. Saints have the toughest run home of all the clubs and even their for and against will be a crucial factor. Interesting times.
