Everyone has settled down a bit. We have been poor the last 3 or 4 weeks, but to be on here and call the team some of the things people say makes me embarrassed that we support the same club. Yeah we played poorly, sometimes things don't go as planned. We have had a rough year, and i'm not blaming any officials for it, but there are a couple of games that we could have won but haven't and if we had we would be on 20 points and different scenario. These are the breaks WT fans, and we have had more than our share over the years, however calling your team passionless, gutless, the worst team in the premiership etc will not fix a thing. Lets be constructive, not destructive.

Here come the "positive" brigade.

Heard it all before. We're pathetically inept and nothing anyone says on here will change that.

This club has accepted mediocrity for far too long now, and it doesn't look like it is going to stop.

Hybrid, if you feel that way, than why go for them? I'm not trying to be positive and pretend that it's not f**ked, all i am saying, is getting on here bagging the shit out of them will have no effect. Is it any wonder the Wests Tigers site is still not up and running, why the hell would the club promote this shit on their site?

Well tell me what will have an effect and I'll gladly do my bit to help.

The fact is, we as supporters do not deserve to put up with this sh1t. They deserved to be bagged because they get payed large amounts of money to play football and that is not what they have been doing over the past few weeks.

And maybe the Wests Tigers site isnt up and running is because it is inept, just like the team. ;-)

Good call.I just want to see our good young players rushed into 1st grade if thats what you want to call it.The only way out of this rut that we`re in is to have a couple of genuine stars playing for us.Since we can`t recruit any of them, like it or not we`re going to have to develop our own.No doubting Benji is on his way to being one.Call me a dreamer if you like, but I reckon Harrison,Halatau and Fulton all have a better than average chance of reaching the elite level in the next couple of years also.Let these players play their natural game for long periods and hope they can help the Tigers to the top of the ladder, atleast give us supporters some hope for the future. This isn`t a possibility with these blokes starting on the bench or playing Premier League!

I think you're right Kid. We can get frustrated but have to get over it.

Anyone who can't take it any more, who is fed up beyond belief, who is sick to death of our team - then piss off don't support them.

What good does it do the few ppl in here who down-ride the Tigers and say "I told you so" when times are tough? Good on you if you are right, I hope you are please to see "your" team doing it tough.

We don't wanna become like some other supporters who boo and hiss their own side and management, blame the system etc etc.

what's the alternative to getting pissed off about it. saying "please don't bag the boys, they are trying their hardest". BULLSH*T. if that's the best they can serve up then they all deserve to be shown the door. we have put up with being the competition sh*tkickers for long enough. senter, oneill, beuttner, miles, mears, graham, out you go. lavers, noyce, sheens - on very thin ice. you have to think that there is something fundamentally wrong with the way this club is run. to show no sign of improvement year after year is absolutely remarkable. in fact we appear to be going backwards. sell the club to harry, bring in a richardson or even a gould like figure who knows how to build a club. at the moment it is sh*t and getting worse.

we are all entilted to vent our frustration at the team after the efforts they have put in over the past month..... But after venting it we all calm down and get on with life, let people say what they want...

I thought Senter and Buckets were about the only blokes who played with any passion.I wouldnt be showing them the door.

And I really cant blame anyone for being angry at the utter slop that the Tigers delivered up.We all have different ways of dealing with grief, some go off, others interanlise it.I think its important to remember that everyone deserves their say and its up to us to allow people to have their say without accusiong them of this or that.

Im trying to remain positive, but gee their isnt too much to look forward to atm.

PS.....I headbutted my wall several times on Sunday(the biggest one was after the Richards play the ball, followed by the supposed Elford knock on) and have 13 stitches in my dome. And I feel good about it too.At least I was prepared to spill some #%^$^%$ blood for my side.

Cheers.

Well said.

If you are satisfied with bullcrap - that's what you will get - bullcrap.

People here who are claiming we should be positive have their heads firmly stuck in the sand.

We have lost our past 4 games - absolutely hammered in two of them and then lost the other two to average teams. We can't beat anyone on this form. We have no hope of making the finals and even if we do, we will last all of 20 seconds. We have no one of note signed for next year and our coach persists in playing the same tired old names.

But yep, we should 'be positive'

Constructive was the word i used. Positive means something different, and i don't think there is a lot to be positive about, but there are some players who DON'T deserve to have the shreds torn off them that happens in here.

hahaha. Sheens should send you on for a ten minute kamikaze spell. I think some of the others on sunday were trying to avoid getting mud on their socks.

I'll be wearing a straight jacket and putting myself in a padded room for the next Tigers game on tv i think :p

Anyway, I agree with Kid on this. No one can deny this ain't peachey but the best way to move forward is to be constructive, not to criticise with a lack of input on how to improve. Now that the season's gone, Sheens has the opportunity to try some new things, see which players are capable of playing NRL etc. Let's get behind them. No one will settle for mediocrity, new things will be tried.
