Fall out boy and John Mayers verson of 'Beat it' is an absolute disgrace. The lead work by Mayer has so many cut corners....hell i've never seen so many cut corners since my year 10 Cross Country at Crest Park Bass hill where i crusied to the finish line first amongst alot of controversy. Not once did he attempt to tap in the solo ( probably can't ) and even the fast picking sequence for the finale of the solo is done at a far slower pace and tbh sounds botched.

Pathetic, but hey this guy is seen as a modern god, a god that cannot even pull off a tapping sequence, even his bends in the solo are sh*t, they are half arsey and done to make to fill the gaps.

How bad is modern guitar playing, f**king woeful.
