Looking at the deck you could just see it was going to change later on, i'll keep saying it i question the smarts of everyone involved in the entire Australian cricket set up. A massive clean out is needed and a change at how we do things because we used to lead the way but haven't in a long long time.

If CA isn't careful it could end up down the path of Rugby in 10-15 years.

But really retaining the ashes is a mediocre pass mark.

And the ODI WC flop basically makes the WTC final success redundant.

Plus we lost in India again and butchered a test match there.

We have the wrong coach and the wrong captain in this format. We keep picking has beens like Maxwell and never was's like Stoinis.

But the biggest issue is that Cricket Australia doesn't value 50 over cricket. They've put all their effort into the Big Bash which has produced basically no players of note in the last 10 years. The fact is the rest of the world still thinks that this World Cup and 50 over cricket matters.

Head needs to be made captain. A white ball specialist coach needs to be put in. And the dead weight needs to be moved on.

We can’t drop Maxwell, he’s our best bowler. Actually Starc went pretty well too.

How we let Matthew Mott go to the UK i would never know.

He helped implement and manage a juggernaut Women's side.

He should have been offered the white ball gig in Men's as a transition role if the women's side needed a fresh change.

I would be on the blower after the World cup to get him home.

Its embarrassing one of our best coaches is actually coaching England not here while we fiddle around looking lost & no idea.
