If correct the 'Big Crunch' or the 'Big Rip'will not occur.

I like the hypothesis very much. Mathematics is a wonderful thing.

I was going to have a look at this site, when i get time to actually sit down and think just for something to do. To save me the trouble, Mr Angry is there any chance of paraphrasing the theory in just a little more depth?

The bottom line.
The universe is constant, niether expanding or retracting. It is a 100% wave universe, with matter being held together by these waves. (wave come in different varieties ie radio etc)
Space & time are all relative to when you are in the universe.

A lot is borrowed and expanded on earlier physics laws and physicists papers.
It does question some existing physics law.
