The 12th annual Illawarra League sevens comp will be held on Friday evening 20 and sat 21 Feb at Ziems Park Corrimal.
Teams competing are Wollongong Uni, UTS Sydney, Victoria Uni NZ, Wests Illawarra . Collegians, Thirroul, Corrimal, Shellharbour, Kiama, Coogee, Forestville, Manly Christian Bros, Sevens Hills, Rosehill, Auburn, Emu Plains, Colyton, Cronulla-Caringbah, Eaglevale, Kingsrove, Greece, Italy, Fiji A, Cook Islands and Brighton.
Play commences at 6pm Friday with the under 18 competition, featuring Shellharbour, Albion Park, Helensburgh, Wollongong Uni, Wests and Berkeley. Senior games will also be held on Friday evening, the play contines from 8.40am on Saturday withnthe final at 6.30pm.
A great days footy, with some real international flavour, and some very strong teams. Entry is $5 on Sat, $3 on Friday. Hope to see plenty of grass roots footy fans there.
