Just watched the tape of the Cowboys game again today, two areas I think we really could work on would make our forwards job a lot easier...
1/ We need to improve our speed in the play the ball. It was highlited in
last weeks game I think.....there were only a cpl of real quick play the
balls. Would make Fitzys/Farahs job easier and more effective and considering our pack is so small, quicker play the balls would help us get more metres than a hit up with the defence set.
2/Kick-chase.....we need to play Saints in their half as much as possible, if we have field position like the 2nd half last week against Saints, I just dunno how long our defence will hold up for. We should try and make it as easy for ourselves as possible....good field possy is a start.
