Why is there no Australian version of BARLA for this sort of touring?

Does BARLA still tour? Haven't heard any plans since they went to Fiji in 2018 which I feel has been their only tour in the last 5-7 years (I could be wrong).

Agree that it is something missing in the game. The GB Student Pioneers aren't nearly as active as they once were and I fear now that Tas was let go by the NRL, the Australian & NSW Uni teams won't venture to emerging nations nearly as much.
