injures suffered in raiders match

On a sour note the Sharks had some injury concerns following the match, with Anthony Tupou missing the second half with a knee problem, Jon Mannah was unable to go back on the field after hurting his back, while Snowden was forced off in the later stages with an ankle problem.


anyone know the extent of these injuries?

snowden will hurt us bad if we lose him.
same goes for toops, especially with gallen being out for origin.

yeah doubt he will pass their medical which is stricter than the clubs.

That would explain why Mannah looked incredibly soft out there compared to previous weeks.

Looks like big Jack will be back. If Snowden can't shape up it'll be a HUGE loss. Verlindon would have to be forced to make his debut if Mannah and Snowden can't make it.

SOO medical is tougher than regular Sharks match and we might likely go with a bit of pre-match needling if it's not going to have any long term detriment to his fitness.

He's got 8 days rest and you know how much Gallen wants to play for the Sharks and get one over the horses. Legend.

Also Covell was hurt in the very last play of the game. Looked to be in a fair bit of pain. Was carrying his right arm as if it was in a sling, not sure if it was a shoulder or he was holding his ribs.

It looked more like his elbow, the one thats always strapped... the one he hurt in the test match.
