Just a comment on injuries.

If any Aussie fan complains about injuries, they must also concede that every NZ defeat over the last 5 years doesn't count.

The only difference is our injured players are actually good. 8)

Nah, seriously i dont believe in complaining about injuries. Who is to say that McGrath, Lee and Warne would have actually made a difference? McGrath and Warne were playing the last time Dravid and Laxman made a huge partnership and they couldnt break it. I mean they probably would have done better than Williams, Bichel and MacGill, but we dont know that so we cant complain.

We can complain about 3 or 4 brain explosions with our batsmen though.

In all seriousness, the whole thing about NZs injuries is that it only ever seems to be our BEST players who are injury prone. Nash, Cairns, Astle, Bond, Allott, O'Connor (whatever happened to him??). Usually it is our frontliners who go down injured, my point is that NZ hasn't really ever had a full strength line-up for years now, while you Aussies have had an amazing good luck run with injuries.

Its very rare that any team is ever at full strenght.

We have had a good run and you make a good point.

I wonder if it has anything to do with training.

When Bangladesh were here I saw some fielding efforts that should have required a wheel chair to get the guys off the ground. They had no idea of how to slide, turn and throw.

McGrath,Gillespie and Lee have all had their actions modified to extend their career.

Ironically they're all injured.
