interchange??

hey guys,

i was just wondering if the coach changes players at halftime does that count as an interchange or can the coach put any players on to start the 2nd half... eg: webcke goes on wif 7mins 2 go in the 1st half and half time off and somes on 10 after half time ... do webcke not comeing on at half time count as an interchange???

If a player has been replaced by another, it's deemed an interchange, even if it happens at halftime.
