After watching some footage of the Inu incident against McManus, Krisnan is a very lucky man indeed.
One one hand, we have some guys (rightfully and wrongfully) suspended for high shots and shoulder charges, yet I have seen the most malicious act of the season get only two weeks.

His WWE move on McManus had NO other purpose than to injure him in an illegal and malicious way.

To me, that act is far more dirty than something like the JWH send-off.

I agree, whether you think JWH's hit was reckless or clumsy or whatever, at least it was in the act of doing something that is part of the game.

You certainly couldn't say the same about leg twists and pulls such as this one. It was just downright dirty and unnecessary and I think he was a little bit lucky to only get 2 weeks.

McManus had a sore hip and back after the game but luckily will play this weekend, could easily have been worse though.

Yeah its odd. Krisnan is a nice guy but ever since he's gone to the Dogs, he's become a bit of a grub.

I wonder why?..

Rubbish. Mcmanus just needs to harden up.

Inu was giving him a friendly stretch so as not to cramp up after all the meters he was making, then Barba came in to offer support in the tackle, much like a Yoga instructor making sure he was using the right technique.

that sort of cowardly act is contrary to everything footy stands for. He should have got at least twice as long

Not to go down the "its not his go" line, but I've never seen Krisnan as a malicious player. Part of his problem at previous clubs seems to have been an almost too placid nature, particularly on the training paddock.

The whole "it's not his go" is being trotted otu here and I'll add to the list. He did the wrong thing but I would 100% say that he wasn't trying to hurt McManus. He was clearly tryign to slow the play down and kinda crossed the line.

It was certainly no Isaac Luke shin breaker.

f**k the it's not his go rubbish, it was a deliberate and malicious act and the MRC f**ked up big time with such a light punishment. Someone needs to do some serious damage before they really crack down on this type of act.
I never use to mind Inu as a player but I've now lost all respect for him, he's clearly a bloke who's been told to show some mongrel and can't do it without turning into a disgraceful grub

Inu has become a dirty player since going to the dogs. He started the brawl in last years GF as well. The spear tackle and "scorpion" are 2 off the worst intentional acts I've seen in years. How he copped less weeks than Travis burns is amazing.

He's now the dirtiest player in the game
