Watched this movie last weekend & it is as average as average can be. It's based on the true story of a Philly legend & although it strays a fair way from the truth it still holds somewhat true. Worth a look I suppose when you have time to kill but I wouldn't rush out to see it.
Next gridiron movie released is Gridiron Gang. The true story of detention camp probation officer Sean Porter (The Rock), who creates a high-school-level football team from a ragtag group of teenage inmates as a means to teach them self-respect and responsibility. But Porter must first overcome resistance from the powers that be -- his skeptical bosses and coaches at rival schools who don't want their players mixing it up with criminals on the football field.
