The style we're playing under Ryles seems to get better each week and gives me confidence of playing well against Storm. If we make a good run towards the end of the season, even if they dont make the 8, that gives them massive confidence going into 2026.

We are mimicking what the Dogs were like during their first year under Ciraldo. I’m pretty sure they ended their 2023 season with some momentum.

You'll find the Dogs did the same thing in the two previous seasons prior to Ciraldo joining them.

They actually got worse started better then us then deteriorated

The topine saga was at the backend of the season

They Lost 10 from there last 12

Conceded 40+ on 6 occasions in those 12 games.

Only won 7 games for the year with a FA of -331

And conceded 769 points @ 32.04 per game the worst in the comp

I still have the pass mark 3 wins from our last 6.

The draw we have we should get 3 wins from our last 6 games.

If we do that 9 wins considering where we started the year 0/4 that's a mighty recovery.

Easily fixed with players running better lines. Kitkat, Williams, doorey, kelma run good lines. Just need to involve them in the side to side as options

With a soft run home we could have made a late run

Currently we stand three wins out of the eight, Mitch could of made the difference. Granted we'd still have the start up costs for the rookies. But things are looking up.

Moses finally becomes the elite 7 we have been craving for since Sterlo and he can't get on the park.

If Moses was playing like this in 2020-2022 when we were smack bang in the premiership window we probably do win the comp.

He was close enough in 2022 to this form but i do think he has gone up another few levels since 2023.

I agree he is definitely now genuinely a top flight half back who has proven his worth on the biggest stage … state of origin and he’s now done it multiple times. As you say though typical parra as while he has been strong for us we haven’t been able to 1/ keep him on the field and 2/ put a competitive side around him.
Fingers crossed the next few years it can all come together

While you can't expect form to just carry over to next year, I think at this stage we are already around a 6th to 12th side.

Yeah it aren't really showing on the table. But look at our results (for side that has hardly been at full strength, young and still learning new systems).

We have beaten all the sides we have played outside the top 8. We got beaten by Manly/tigers early in the season but had good wins second time, should have beaten dragons second time minus Moses. While wins against knights / titans were pretty good.

While the 6-8th sides currently in the 8, we beat the Broncos, should have beaten the Dolphins while the sharks were to good but we didn't have much luck.

Is there any side from 6th to 17th, we genuinely think we couldn't beat?

While our recent performances against the dogs/Panthers are pretty good considering their recent form.

Signs are promising.

He would still get this third year because I am sure we would be in the fight and scrape in or out, but yes two years before I form an opinion on what they have done for the club and if I think it is the right thing.

I did have the thought that out of all our players that GF, he’s the only one who got better out of it (at least except for durability). Oregon is probably the only other maybe
