To clarify, there might be news in January on the status of a possible Rugby League sequel. This does not necessarily mean an announcement, nor does it mean we will definitely have nay news at that time.

I believe they will they just don't want to say anything yet because it hasn't got the official go ahead as far as we are concerned.
