I like a bloke with confidence and one who isn't afraid to speak his mind. I'm not really sure what an acceptable amount of managers and assistant mangers but when there are none of the managers here we need someone who is continually lurking or on the board. We currently have 65 members and that will continue to grow and as the site expands more managers will be needed so stay tuned.
