http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sp...-cronulla-sharks/story-e6frexnr-1225847135975 IN one of the biggest NRL bloopers in recent memory, South Sydney hooker Issac Luke almost missed the start of tonight's NRL clash with Cronulla after rocking up to the wrong ground. Luke was forced to make a mad dash from ANZ Stadium in Homebush, the Rabbitohs' home ground, to Toyota Park in Cronulla, the Sharks' home ground. The New Zealand international arrived at the correct ground at 6.40pm 25 minutes before kick-off. Utility Luke Capewell warmed up with the side, but tardy hooker Luke was later cleared to take his spot in the starting side.
 At the the Tele....writing stories off what's on telly now? Andy Raymond retracted that, said the person who told him was wrong and that Souths were well aware of Luke's tardiness...quality publication
I dont think its true, unless Luke turned up around 4-5 pm at ANZ, wouldve taken him ages to get from ANZ to Toyota.
What time do you think players show up? Unless they're on a team bus, they'd be expected to show up around 2-3 hours early.
Just reported on MMM that his missus went into labour and he had to drive her to the hospital. Dropped her off and drove to the game.
Hope she is OK. More quality journalism from News Ltd. Luke is late, so automatically he must have gone to the wrong ground. FMD!
The 20 mins to get ready for the game didnt affect his performance ! one of the best ive seen from him.
Haha, at first I actually believed it, but it's good to know Issac isn't that stupid. One hell of a footballer though.
He was awesome last night. Hopefully he doesn't cop another corrupt suspension and miss the anzac test.
