48 - 32 over the Panthers..
Okay after 10 mins we were up by 12 - 0 and maybe a bit complacent looking at a bustup.
Full marks to Penrith, they hit back hard and fast, with Gower leading the charge.
12 mins to go,and Penrith were up by 32 - 30.The boys waiting for the last few minutes to fire, and they did it well.
Stace leading by example once again.
A good game by both teams who were there to play footy.Mander had an okay game, bad calls going both ways..,but not many.
And,yes !!,we're in the Top 8

OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH SSSSSENSATIONAL

How good was that. I tell ya, if I was 50 years older, I would've been on the way to hospital before the game was over.

A sensational game by both sides, Penrith were playing like they were about to be relegated. Great game by Adamson & Gower.

But what about those Warriors, you would have been happy to see them win, wouldn't ya. But no, the Warriors went on to turn the game convincingly.

Open up TAB, I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!

Oh my god. I swear my hair will be grey by the end of the season, but what a finish at the end. Penrith played like a side well up the table from where they are sitting, but were unlucky to be on the recieving end of one of those passages of play where the Warriors seem unstoppable. If we ever pulled that off for a full 80 minutes, a century would be on the cards!
Jones was superb this arvo, as was Francis Meli, and Lauti'iti is becoming unstoppable now that he is reverting to his wide ranging style, he is getting 6 or 7 offloads away every game.
Well done Warriors, now bring on the sarkies next Saturday, and I will be pissed off if there are less that 15000 at Ericcson to cheer the Warriors home.

Congrats to the Warriors who at the moment, are playing their best footy of the season and face a real test next week against the rampaging Sharks and I agree Space Monkey, if there are less than 15000 at the game the Warriors should re-locate to Wellington. What more can they do to attract a crowd? This has been their best season since 95 and they are improving every week and providing their fans with great entertainment. I hope they can keep it up.

What did you get on the Warriors at Warrior? They were paying something stupid when I had a look amd I'm kicking myself I didn't get on. I heard one of the bookies on the radio going on about how the Panthers have been targeting this game ever since the infamous cry baby match over here, but surely with the way the Warriors cankeep the ball alive and the truly awful defensive record of the Panthersour boys had to start firm favourites.

People are going to bring out the old "jeckyl and hyde" cliche this week trying to play down the Warriors' hopes, butpeople have to realise thatthe 2001 NRL is one of those very rare competitions where even wooden spoon contenders candominate a high quality game against anyone on their day. Both sides do need to work on their defence though - for the Warriors I think it's a stamina thing while for thePanthers it's a bit more to do with technique.

If these stats are anything to go by, the Warriors played asolid game all round against prettyworthy opponents, especially for an afternoon game underthe blazing sun in Oz :

I've had bigger wins, Kipper. But at the end of the day, I was glad to get my money back. I put $10 [paying $14]down on Toopi to score the 1st try, then had $100 [paying $3.35]for the Warriors to win 13+. All up I got $475 from a $110 investment. Trust me Kips, you wouldn't have wanted to put money on that match, it was a heart attack waiting to happen.

If I have a heart condition later on in life, I'll blame it on the Warriors.

Bank on a close match against the Sharks, I believe these sides are very similar to each other. Maybe put a small bet on the Warriors to win 13+ as well.
