I know this is a petty question, but I'm curious none the less.

I've noticed that in watching a few PL games this year that Cleary doesn't take the team into the sheds at half time, but instead chooses to keep them out on the field for his talk. Anyone know what that's all about?

It could be just a different approach he is trying. It seems to be working.
