What’s the ruling, 4 domestic players in the game day 17?
What’s the offical definition of domestic, if it’s just Jamaican born there could be more that moved at a young age.

Hopefully one day that will be the case but where is the money going to come from to organise that today?

We may have to take leaf out of the soccer books and setup base camp elsewhere outside of the US

It wont be long before there will be more nations playing in Sth America than in Nth America
