JAMIE SOWARD in Yass

On the Australian Day weekend it has been advertised that Jamie Soward will be in Yass along with Joey Willimas to play touch in the Yass Australian Day Weekend Touch Competition.

When he was playing for Yass Magpies in the Canberra Cup (because the Raiders farmed him out) He also played in the local touch competition.

Over 88 teams have registered to play in the compeition which is one of the biggest in Australia.

I know that I for one will be zooming down to see how he goes..

We have oine reporter in town that doubts his abiliity to play first grade NRL because of his siz, and he quoted 80 kilos...geez Campbell comes in at 76k's and he manages ok

I wonder if the reporter is just a disgruntled Raider supporter

who is this Jamie Soward fella? I have seen numerous threads but have not seen anything or heard anything of him from in the papers etc!!!!

if he is so good why is he not being mentioned as a possible 5/8 replacement for finch?
