Jason Hooper to Cas if Darren Albert can get out of his Cronulla contract is the rumour.

A romantic interest has lead to a change of heart apparantly.

Hooper would be a great buy for Cas, and I can't see where Saints will use him with Pryce, Sculthorpe, Cunningham and Roby covering every position he plays.

I think it would fit really well. Hooper could well end up playing in the reserves at times next season if he stayed at St Helens. Pryce is going to be starting at stand off with Long, with Scully at loose forward. People likes Roby and Wilkin are probably also ahead of Hooper for the bench spots.

The only person who would lose out in all this would be Ade Gardner. He would lose his starting spot, but he would still play plenty as he would be next in line to come in if any of the backs got an injury.

Apparantly he's fallen in love. He has been in England for what 4 years(?) and had settled in nicely in that time.

I heard he was going out with Paul Wellens' (GB and St Helens fullback) sister, but don't know how true it is.

Love Darren Albert, however the story is nothing!!

Darren Albert will be at Cronulla next season and Hooper will be at Saints, i think it's a case of some Saints fans wishfull thinking.
