How do you know he is going back to Aus? He would have several offers from Super League clubs if he announced he was leaving Saints.

Teams like Salford, Wigan and London would be certain to put an offer his way, particularly Wigan with Millward coaching there now.

Well he'll be no good, isn't a half back and is playing with great players around him.
Remember last year when there was no Scully or Long, Hooper had to take control against the Leeds Rhino's. The score was 70-0 to Leeds.
He isn't the answer for Wigan and i cannot see him being targeted from a top super league club. My guess is a return to the NRL.

It was in League week a couple of weeks ago. Also know some people involved with Souths juniors. Same person told me Souths had Steve Bell deffinately 3 weeks ago.
