Parramatta 2006 Annual Report lists this kid as an acquisition to the 2007 Jersey Flegg squad at Parramatta. What can you tell me about him - I beleive he is a second rower or prop?

Reports are he got his last name 'Hemming' from his parents who owned it before passing it to him when he was born. But it was Rebecca Wilson who wrote that report so its all speculation right now.
