Jersey Updates For XBox

Hey,
This may seem like a stupid question...but is there a way ya can browse the Game for XBOX on the PC and update the Jerseys???

I know with some PS2 games ya can browse whats on the CD??

you may be able to browse the disc but i severely doubt you would be able to edit any of the files, on any X box or PS2 disc.

With todays Techonology, and the fact you can play on-line with Xbox, you would think one would be able to download patches and save on the Xbox HD. ?

Even if you could edit the disc I would NOT recommend it, as if you bugger up a value, you'll bugger your disc, and the fact the disc would be read-only like all CD/DVD's
