Jets to add Pain to Manly

This Sunday the Jets make their way over to one of the truly great grounds Brooky to rub some salt into the wounds from last weekend in PL to beat you. followed by the Sharks victory in the Firsts.

I am glad we go to Brooky early unlike the past few years where we have had to wait until the end as it is usually a highlight. Great ground great cheerleaders and 2 points this week.

See you boys there, I will have the tissues for after the game if you need any.

eagle eye that was not our PL team that was our Jim Beam triallists. Our PL beat the Cougars 30-10 in a sloppy match and bombed 5 tries.

Hopefully we are over our dreadful away record of 04 and look to make sure we get 2 points. I am excited aboutthis clash and mainly because we are visiting one of the truly great grounds in the game.

Newtown will lap Manly this weekend after we did a job on Manly on saturday.

I don't think we're that great in Premier league but they were woeful!!

in saying that, I believe Newtown-Cronulla are early favourites to take out the PL Comp.

The Jets or Bluebags as we were originally called are the first club in rugby league in Australia and competed in the top level until 83 when Quayle and Arko decided not to allow us to continue (long story). We then came backin 91 in the Metro cup and in 2000 in the first division as feeder for the Warriors for one year then on our own until this year where we feed for Cronulla.

Not really sure about the team as yet due to injuries and suspensions from the Sharks end. I do know that James Stosic has been called up in case Nutley is out.
