A shame for Newtown. Late team changes and an inability to make the most of a good first quarter put the match well out of reach. Still it was the first time more than one Jets side made the finals since 1995 and the most successful year across the club since 1973.

The word is that it'll be a Wentworthville v Sydney Bulls Final at Ringrose Park this Saturday at 3:00.

Will be interesting to see if this awakens Wenty fans and if a decent crowd will get down there.
The final last year between the Bulls and Wolves had a 2 000 strong crowd and a great atmosphere!

Yeah I would be there but will be cheering the Jets on instead in their quest for the PL premiership.
Does anybody know where the Jim Beam Cup GF is scheduled to be played?
Is it again at Telstra Stadium as the curtain raiser to the NRL Semi Final?
