i am 18 years old and i just missed out on the balmain sg ball side last year. and i was wondering how i would be to go about getting into the jim beam cup for next year

Contact the individual clubs and ask when they are holding their trials.

Contact Allan McGowan 0419 266591 if you want to trial with Wentworthville C Grade in 2007. If good enough you would be eligible for Flegg or A reserve grade the following season.

As far as Jim Beam is concerned, Wenty took 4 players from Balmain Premier League last year into its Jim Beam team and their A Grade has 6 players who played Flegg for Parra, St George and Norths in the previous season, so I think you will need to forget about for a while yet.

I would contact each club that is in the JIM Beam Cup competition and find out what dates their trials are. Kiddo, its never too late. Also check out PL teams that are having open trials eg Bears....
